Making an Appointment
We encourage you to schedule an appointment with us.
We have a limited number of same-day appointments. Please call before coming in. We begin answering phones at 7:00 AM and encourage you to call as early as possible if you need to be seen.
Payment
Payment is expected at the time of service.
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most third-party insurances. Special financial arrangement are available. Visit Insured and Uninsured for more information.

Medical/Behavioral Health Crisis Intervention
Available 24/7
Behavioral health screening appointments (open access) are same-day only. Call at 7:00 AM to make a same-day appointment.
Emergency Medical Care
Our after-hours on-call service is available to answer questions if you experience a medical or behavioral health emergency.
If your emergency is life-threatening,
please call 911.

- Photo ID
- Proof of Insurance (for those insured) - Medicaid coupon, Denali KidCare, private insurance or Medicare card
- If applying for our discounted fee, please bring proof of income
