|Description:||Full time, non-exempt. $14.00/hour. This position is a member of the Front Desk Administrative Team and is primarily responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling appointments, collecting registration information and providing overall customer service in an efficient, courteous and timely manner. The Receptionist provides support to the billing department and providers by performing clerical, reception and communication activities.|
|Requirements:||High School Diploma or equivalent; must have a minimum of 1 year prior experience preferably in a medical office reception, billing or scheduling position. Minimum of 1 year prior experience answering multi-line phone system. Must have strong customer service skills, demonstrated keyboarding expertise and ability to operate 10 key calculator by touch. Knowledge of basic office procedures and equipment, confidentiality, filing, telephone etiquette and ability to efficiently use computer programs to include Word, Excel, Outlook and other Microsoft products. The receptionist is expected to relate in a positive, courteous and caring manner to staff and the individuals seeking service.|
